This integrated harbor area features an iconic bridge that connects various sections, enhancing accessibility. The design includes a resort, residential areas, and a vibrant riverside tourism zone. Additionally, a city forest and fish auction and culinary tourism areas promote local culture and sustainable practices. The waterfront promenade offers a scenic space for leisure and recreation, inviting visitors to enjoy the natural beauty and dynamic atmosphere of the region. KPNT aims to create a harmonious blend of lifestyle, nature, and economy.
